The lady working was lovely and super helpful! I asked her when she thought stuff would be ready and she said tomorrow ! (I thought wow! So fast and such great service - maybe due to having an account for several years). Quoted me an estimate of $60 for three items (some were very large and one very delicate) which I thought was pretty reasonable! Went to pick the stuff up and got charged almost $90!! And my coat was covered in fluff and had damage where the wool had been worn away. They must have charged me for a rush job (it’s bizarre to have the default be a rush job and to charge me significantly more than the quote) but when I got home I had to lint roll the coat...read full review

I love Regal Cleaners! I have tried several cleaners in Palm Springs and Regal is the best in my opinion. The reason for this is that they are very nice and communicative. I take my caftans which I collect and cherish there monthly. Briana and Diego are a breath of fresh air. Briana really listens and marks the stains with special blue tape when I drop my order off. She’s just cool and I look forward to seeing her! The only thing I’m not thrilled with is that the prices have gone up. I guess that is happening everywhere but still disappointing. I highly suggest Regal Cleaners!

I have been using Regal Cleaners for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with their service. The staff are so friendly and my clothing always comes back perfect. I highly recommend them for your dry cleaning service.
