“Both providers and both medical assistant are very professional, they explain every step very thoroughly and make sure you are comfortable during the process. My husband and I are going to them for chronic pain and they are taking very good care of us. We highly recommend them.“

“This is my favorite spine and sport location so far. This is a new location with brand new equipment. Recognize some workers from other locations. I think this location is less busy than other locations especially if u come early. I enjoy being greeted and welcomed by Ivan or another PT every time I arrive. It makes me feel that I have a PT trying to help me improve and feel better. My PT appointments have been my favorite days of the week. Ivan, Gabby, Isaac, Javier, Allan and all the staff are great here! I think I got most of their names correct. There are more I can't remember their names. Excellent customer service here. “I went to this office a little over 9 months ago. Although the office is smaller than a gym, the staff were efficient, flexible and the fact that they rotated the different staff was actually effective as a pair of fresh eyes would actually help me stay focused on the actual process of working my best, not falling into a routine. They took care to consult and update with my orthopedic doctor, as well as being very open and communally friendly to every patient. It was fun to realize you could chat or joke with a complete stranger ...... I can't name everyone in this review, but as I will probably be back again, I'll ask if they might pose for a staff group photo +)“

“Nic Rupp at the Stretch Institute was very helpful in my recovery from knee replacements. In the year following my surgeries my leg muscles had atrophied and I was walking slow and cautious. My surgeon told me I needed to stretch but I wasn't sure what that meant or how to do it. I'm so happy I found Nic. He took time to evaluate my conditions (which included posture problems from sitting at a desk my whole life) and he put together a very smart and thorough plan. He started me with simple exercises to build muscle and confidence. As I progressed he continually revised and gave me new exercises which built upon the previous. After a few months I was doing so much better. I saw Nic for about 9 months for bi-weekly visits where he would check my form and push me further. Two years later I continue to do my "leg exercises" daily and when I go to Target I stomp through that store like a super model with someplace to be other than Target. Thank you Nic. I truly appreciate everything you taught me.“
