This company was amazing and probably one of the best experiences in terms of a service company – – we had two AC problems and one was through warranty, which was a disaster because of the useless HVAC company however, Paul’s air conditioning was able to book an appointment the same day and fix the second unit in less than 15 minutes by changing a capacitor. The other company from Los Angeles via the insurance company was pathetic. Paul’s has been our air conditioning service for 3 years. We’ve used them for a regular air conditioning service twice a year. Plus we’ve needed them to change out the compressor twice which they taken care of during two heat waves in the Coachella Valley. We highly recommend them.Services: A/C system maintenance

My HVAC system is 10 years old. I am diligent about 2x year routine maintenance with the company that installed the unit. Over the years this company has grown with TV ads and billboards all over the Desert. The routine service calls have turned into sales pitches - 'you need to replace your entire system - $13,500', 'your system won't make it through the summer'. When I pushed back saying the HVAC is operating fine, I was met with a different sales pitch -'if you don't want to replace it, here are some urgent repairs totaling $4,500.' I said NO!Several of my neighbors speak very highly about Paul's. The technician came today for my first scheduled maintenance. He explained that my HVAC is in great shape. He identified two issues, not urgent, that will need addressing. Total for repairs - $200!I'm a convert and am grateful and relieved to have found Paul's!
