My care was always good but recently it was clear that there might be problems. Have temporary cap for over three months and the practice is closed. The photo I’m posting is at their door. 10/10/23. Open photo.UPDATE 10/11/23Dr. Guzak’s practice is closed.I saw Dr. Jorgensen today and had work done to get the permanent cap completed. The work provided by Dr. Jorgensen and his staff was exceptional. Their understanding of the situation with regard to this unfortunate situation was evident. I’m grateful.
Just wanted to follow up as I was seen by Dr. Jorgensen as Dr. Guzak's practice is closed. The quality of care and understanding of the situation with regard to completing unfinished work was exceptional. It's not a great situation but Dr. Jorgensen and his staff help a great deal.
I called Palm Springs Dentistry with a dental emergency and they were able to see me the next day even though I had no history with them. What a relief. The doctor was able to identify my problem, do some adjustments, prescribe an antibiotic, and put on a temporary crown. When the permanent crown came in, I braced myself for the same disappointment I've had for 40 years. It would be longer, thicker, whiter than my other teeth. The crown that Dr. Guzak selected and fitted for me is the best cosmetic look I've had in 40 years. It perfectly matches my real teeth. What a fantastic outcome to a bad situation !!
