I needed to have my hair color fixed and was visiting Palm springs so I contacted Lolita from misfits. Although I did not get my hair done by therm, Lotita was amazing. She answered my questions and also told me that the place that I had an appointment with was a very reputable establishment and that they did great work. She was very polite and took the time to email me back each time I had questions. Thank you so much Lotita and yes, they did a great job. Misfits WAS MY FIRST choice and although it was pretty pricey,I am happy with the end results.
