I came in to get lab work with no appointment. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I was seen within five minutes or less of arriving. My phlebotomist Louis was amazing. He has a gentle hand made me feel comfortable. The process was smooth and stress-free.
My usual blockage of my left ear was treated quickly with no delay.l was able to get a same day appointment and all was well. Dr VanGuilder has been my primary Dr for many years. His staff is great as well.
The women at the Palm Springs Pharmacy at the very best! The way they treat KP members is always a great experience! They are knowledgeable caring and always call me by name and thank me!
