I came in to get lab work with no appointment. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I was seen within five minutes or less of arriving. My phlebotomist Louis was amazing. He has a gentle hand made me feel comfortable. The process was smooth and stress-free.

My usual blockage of my left ear was treated quickly with no delay.l was able to get a same day appointment and all was well. Dr VanGuilder has been my primary Dr for many years. His staff is great as well.

This was my first visit at this location after recently moving to the area. I’ve generally had positive experiences with Kaiser Permanente as most doctors I’ve seen have been patient, attentive, and respectful. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Dr. Troncoso. I was a little late because it was my first time at this location and I wasn’t familiar with the area. The first thing he said was a reminder to arrive 15 minutes early for future appointments, which I understand, but the tone felt dismissive right from the start. Throughout the rest of the appointment, he seemed dismissive of my concerns and even the opinions of my previous doctors. I didn’t feel heard or taken seriously, which made the visit uncomfortable and unproductive. I ended up just wanting to finish and leave for my X-ray, and I will be following up with my regular doctor instead. This was also the first time I’ve ever seen a note in my chart written in all caps stating first thing at the top “PATIENT LATE,” which felt unprofessional and unnecessary.
