Josh is the consummate professional. After assessing my issue, he gave me a very detailed explanation about what he was going to do to fix my problem and a guaranteed price for the repair. While the price was relatively expensive, I think the adage
‘You get what you pay for” applied. Not only did he repair the problem, he went above and beyond diagnosing associated potential problems that I believe were spot on. In addition, he did a complete examination of my entire electrical system and gave me detailed options for a variety of improvements that he thought would be beneficial. In summary, very expensive but that’s on the the Home Office. Josh was terrific.
Home Team Electric's entire crew, whose names are David, Angel, Angel2, Boni, Jimmy, Carlos & Oscar were all friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. We had some outlets that burned in an older home, and we were terrified that our house would burn down. They replaced all the outlets & upgraded the breaker box, bringing everything up to code.
Mike was very knowledgeable in helping me make the right choices in selecting the solutions for the projects. The task was performed with care and speed and a friendly personality. Great job, great guy!
