This individual likes to comment negatively towards individuals of certain religious backgrounds on social media, and makes inappropriate comments regarding whole families who have had family members who committed crimes but blame the entire family for it (on a post for their daughters baby shower.) How is this person even working in the legal field?? YIKES!!!

Stay Clear. Do not trust this guy. I found him on Craigslist. I needed to file a claim and had a one week deadline. After speaking on the phone and sending him the paperwork I hired him. Two days later I followed up and he said he was working on it. Then only 2 days before the filing was due he emailed and said he got too busy and the job was too hard for him.

CAUTION! After completing the eviction of my tenant, I appeared in small claims court to get a judgement. The judge disallowed all the fees ($1,170.00) I paid to Whitehead because he is a paralegal not an attorney. One of Whitehead's selling points was that his fees would be recouped into the judgement.
