First time visiting. I stopped by on a Friday around 12:30 PM after my original massage spot didn’t have availability. When I called this location, they told me to come right in, which I appreciated.
The experience was a bit different from what I’m used to. The customer service wasn’t very personalized, and the overall atmosphere felt more transactional than welcoming. That said, the massage itself was good and definitely got the job done.
One thing to note: they charge a $2 fee for credit card payments, so be prepared for that.

Jason gave a very good massage, we was polite and checked in with regarding pressure level and to make sure I was comfortable. My only complaint is the room was a little too small, it was stuffy and warm.

My husband & I were in town for a little getaway and I decided to get a massage. I searched online and found Fall Spa Massage based on the good reviews. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.I also like that the place was clean. Lisa did a great job helping me feel relaxed . I will come back on my next trip.
