I came into the urgent care with a toenail that was causing me some pain and discomfort because of the way it is growing. I wanted to get it trimmed up and cleaned. The doctor insisted that I should wait to get home and see someone else because it didn’t look infected to him, so he didn’t want to try to do it. The only way he would touch it was, if it was infected, I left in the same amount of pain as I walked in there with he just didn’t wanna do it.
Everyone was friendly at the Front Desk staff and the billing was explained and accurate, not a problem with the staff or the billing, but I had a problem with the doctors attitude.
I've not had a bad experience here yet. This time I was in the lab getting blood drawn. I barely had time to sit down before being called in the back. The phlebotomist was kind and professional and great finding that vein with little pain. lol
I had a Dr. Crecilius here who absolutely went the tenth mile for me at this Eisenhower Urgent Care. He cared about my situation and followed thru, arranging for a cat scan. He then called me to discuss the results, and referred me on for additional evaluation. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism well beyond my expectations.
