Descanso Resort is a well-run and welcoming men’s retreat. The staff were attentive, the facilities were well-maintained, and the included meals were generous. All of this makes for a relaxing, social, and luxurious stay.
Every staff member I met was friendly and focused on making guests comfortable. Staff were always around if needed but never intrusive, and any small requests were handled with care.
The resort is in excellent condition. The grounds, pool deck, and common areas were clean and well-maintained. Both the pool and hot tub were spotless.
