What could be good about a towing company right? You're already pissed cuz your car got towed but then, when you get here, you're welcomed immediately upon entering and then their customer service goes above and beyond any other place I've had to deal with & ultimately just helped the whole process go a lot smoother in general. So thanks for making my experience less painful & if you happen to get towed, not by choice, hope its with this company! & if you're looking for a tow company to hire, by choice, I highly recommend this company!!

It was a fine experience. You can tell the front end office worker JoAnne is so used to customers being upset over fees and costs of services she comes off a little defensive and aggressive. After talking with her and warming her up she got a lot more friendly. Doesn't really matter.for the most part they have a trapped customer base and they know it. Facility is nice and my car was safe and was in a well protected area.

I had to use Dave’s service because of a uhaul problem and he was so helpful and nice. He fixed the problem and even helped me with a problem I didn’t know I had. Very nice man and I’m so thankful he was there to help me.
