Car lost a fuel pump on the way to a DR appt. July 29. Had barely hung up with AAA and I had a call from Aarco's dispatcher. AAA gave me a two hour window. Jose was there in 30 minutes ready to hook up the car. Grateful Aarco is my AAA preferred towing company and I've been fortunate over my 15 plus years as a member to only need their services a handful of times. Never waited more than an hour. Every driver I interacted with was professional and courteous during what are sometimes stressful situations. The Coachella Valley is lucky to have Aarco Towing ready to respond in your time of need. Thanks for making my day!
Ricardo came out to tow my car(Toyota corolla)in dhs to the shop due to a flat tire. He was very nice. He made my day. It was the proper introduction of the handshake and a smile that did it for me;)Keep up the great work . Sincerely W. Jackson
I desperately needed a tow today and they were to me within 30 minutes or so. They got me home and safe! Unfortunately I didn't catch my drivers name but he was great! Very compassionate, which is what I needed. Thank you kind sir! Whoever you are!
