Just wanted to drop a note and say something nice about Kim (manager). I live in Palm Springs and was dropping my clothes off for dry cleaning at a competitor’s store and decided to try your store out after receiving a “ValPak” coupon in the mail. I’m glad I switched. I found Kim to be very friendly and helpful. She’s always in a great mood and definitely an asset.

I have had several encounters where customers have been so disrespectful agresive and so rude to the employees as they stand there and apologize and take their bs attitude. Its not the employees fault for how dirty you bring your stuff. Its a dry cleaners not a miracle stain remover. I haven't had no issues staff is very nice and friendly and I keep returning because they do a good job. Work around my schedule if I need something rushed.
