I had a heating problem and within 2 hours Max came, reviewed the problem and had it fixed within two more hours. Max was polite, professional and stuck to the job until it was finished. He couldn't have done a better job. He also cleaned up after himself. I am happy with his work. Also, this is the second time I have used this company and both times the work was quick, (as possible), and same day repair with the same pleasant attitude. Would highly recommend this company for any of your A/C or heating needs.

Between Mitch , Max and Eddy I have had very very good service. This company is excellent with communication and explained to me what they were doing to repair my AC. All have upbeat personalities with positive attitude so willing to help and diagnose problems. I truly believe they are honest and are for the customer first with fair prices. I would highly recommend you give them a call for your HVAC needs.

I was very happy with cathedral city AC and heating. Our tech was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. They were the 3rd company to come out and tried to repair our ac unit. Our technician Alex had us up and running within two hours. Thank you Alex!!!!

Came out with no notice and fixed my very old central A/C. Couldn't be happier with their service. They were responsive, quick and thorough! I used another service - something like Txxo's, and after they did the "tuneup," it didn't work as well as before the tuneup, and I needed these repairs. Choose wisely!

Widowed neighbor called them . Charged$350.00 for work that did not fix anything plus they ran into a wall causing$500.00 in damage then gave the company a fake insurance card . Not current on liability for the business or for trucks. Run away from this crook.her

Service was requested by older neighbor. They arrived and with in a few minutes they told her all freon had leaked out. They acted like they were working on the unit but never had a freon tank near the compressor. Finished in 5 minutes and told her it was $350. As the guy...Max...left he ran into a concrete wall and blew out a tire. Our maintenance man called the park Manager who told him to get the mans insurance info. When the manager arrived he realized that the insurance card was for a 2003 vw and had expired 5 years ago. Max said his girl at the office would all with the infoShe never did on fact it was all a lie just like the supposed freon leak. This guy is a crook plain and simple. Call anyone but him

Cathedral City air conditioning and heating Inc is the top A/C Company that I have ever worked with and I’m a Real Estate agent. They are so competent incredibly knowledgeable on time and I can’t say enough good things about the staff and this company. I called them late in the day, and they said they could be at my house first thing in the morning . I said that would be great. They showed up right on time and had my master cool evaporative cooler repaired and working pretty quickly. I also had them service my air conditioner. They were prompt and professional. I would definitely call them again.
