Donnie from Blair helped turn a potentially disastrous visit to Southern California into a great visit. We arrived on a Saturday night after a long drive from Washington State, and the AC in our park model did not work. Over 100 degrees in the place, and no AC. Our stay was only going to be 3 days, so we imagined our stay would be in a hotel, rather than our place. Called Blair and Donnie showed up at around noon on Sunday, and had us up and running by 1:00. He was very courteous and had a fantastic attitude. Hi professionalism was top-notch.
