She is extremely knowledgeable about skin care, products, & procedures and provides a safe, relaxing & comfortable environment. The infrared body wrap, facial & ultimate brow lift will become part of my regular routine.

This was my first experience with surgar wax and it was awesome! I’ve had lots of waxes in the past, so not my first rodeo, but new person and studio so it was a risk. Francine was a delight, really knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process, made me feel comfortable. She was also really funny and it overall was a great experience. My wax looks great and in really happy with the results.
