Loved our stay here – the staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly. We felt right at home! Charming rooms, 24 hour pool, didn't get to use the spa but will if we return. Wonderful staff for a charming and well maintained boutique hotel.
I booked a “me time” session - 50 minute aromatherapy massage with additional time included in the private dry sauna included. I added an additional half hour soak in the tub- It was delightful! Liliana booked my service, greeted, and guided me through. She was quick to respond to my email with a question the day of, and checked on my comfort through the entire session. The setup is a bit unique- you do have to pop out an outside entryway briefly to access dry sauna- don’t forget your bath suit! The massage was in lovely room up a quaint narrow stairwell. Very cute, cozy and quiet gem in Palm Springs. Room was nice and staff was very friendly. Nice size room decorated nicely. We will come here again and I would recommend, especially celebrating anniversary or special occasion.
