Lucille Palm Springs is an absolute gem! The location cannot be beat, minutes from downtown on foot and featuring incredible mountain views. The staff is exceptional; Alfredo and Alex are so welcoming, personal, and hospitable. It genuinely feels like they are focused on making your individual stay special. I cannot say enough about how beautiful and inviting the grounds are, from citrus trees and bougainvillea to the charming pool and fountains. The rooms are also outstanding -- tastefully designed, clean, well-stocked with amenities, and comfortable, from cozy beds to updated bathrooms. Daily breakfast by the pool is the cherry on top of it all.
We had the best time here and I have not stopped thinking about when I can return! It was so peaceful. The staff made a huge effort call you by your name, the grounds were kept up beautifully, and they had an awesome breakfast. Our room was big, had this really nice lounger, robes, and a fully remodeled bathroom which is always really appreciated. The ac worked great, and there were double black out shades which I super appreciate. we slept really well. Nice big TV in the room.

This was our second stay at Lucille. The staff and owner are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very exceptional and comfortable. The location of Lucille is ideal for an easy walk to the main attractions for dining and shopping.
