We stayed right as they finished the recent remodel, so everything was fresh and new in the villa. The location is great, very walkable to downtown for dining and shopping, with parking available. Villa 2 is a 1 bedroom with a full eat-in kitchen. We appreciated the full kitchen and the quiet atmosphere.Alfredo and Ross were great working with us in advance of our arrival and during our entire week long stay. They were both very friendly and eager to ensure we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They gave us a tour of the property so we could see the other villas and what they've updated during the remodel. I stayed here with my husband and small dogs and we loved it. Alfredo and Ross were amazing hosts and the villa is centrally located with beautiful rooms, great breakfast food, and a nice jacuzzi bathtub and pool. Loved it.

My wife and I rented Villa 1 for a few days. It is a wonderful property with tons of privacy. Alfredo provided excellent local recommendations and Ross made amazing fresh grapefruit cocktails in the afternoon. The heated pool and included breakfast are also wonderful. 2 block walk to downtown fun. Highly recommend!
