You go for the pool vibes and restaurant facing the pool/courtyard. Like most places in PS, they’re super understaffed. The staff works hard but can only do so much at once.
Shower in $1k/night room was mildewy and moldy. Front desk answers phone sometimes. Room interiors are basic compared to low budget Marriott next door. Appreciate the lack of carpet in rooms, though.
An intimate and relaxing hotel with beautiful decor and a top notch poolside restaurant. Outstanding service and a very dog friendly. It’s the best place to stay in Palm Springs as far as we are concerned.
The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very kind and attentive, and the place is simply beautiful — it makes you fall in love with it from the very first moment.🫶
