Stayed here for one night to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Excellent service as soon as we got to the property - quick valet, complimentary champagne (gave us a whole bottle as a gift for my wife), extremely friendly front desk staff. Our room was possibly the quietest hotel room we have ever stayed at, and was just beautiful from top to bottom. The property is decorated and curated so carefully, and the aesthetic philosophy they are trying to implement really does seem to permeate all facets. Prior to dinner, we went to the hotel’s bar/restaurant for some appetizers, and we were especially impressed with their seafood “parfait”, an inventive and delicious dish....read full review
Super relaxing spot in palms springs that’s close to everything. The food at the restaurant was awesome and the spa treatments were great too. Perfect spot for a weekend trip away from the kids. Will definitely be back!
Beautiful hotel. Pool area is stunning. Great location. The staff are lovely however we waited an absolute age to have our order taken by the pool. Normally it wouldn’t bother but for the price of staying at the hotel, customers should expect first class service. This happened in the early evening and breakfast the following day. In addition, the ‘adults only’ rule seems to apply very loosely. We had kids (6-8 y/o’s) running around the pool area and being disruptive. Again, for the price of being a hotel resident, this rule should be a non-negotiable. We raised the issue at reception and it was met with a shrug.
