I get all my glasses from America’s Best Eyeglasses. They do a great job. Especially Valeria. She was so wonderful and attentive. I had broken my glasses and she was quick at replacing them at no charge. She said they were still under warranty. That made my day. I didn’t even know I had insurance on my glasses. Valeria is the best! I always get my glasses at America’s Best.

Eye doctors are very professional. Reception desk that answers the phone is a different story. On hold for 25 minutes. Traveling and in Puerto Rico needing my prescription since I am not home. She refused to email, text and said cannot do so but offered to mail it to me after I already told her I am traveling for a while and not home. She advised had to check her supervisor that never picked up my call. Poor customer service. Regular customer but changing that to another eye service.

I found this place in Palm Springs thanks to a recommendation, and I can’t be thankful enough. Great prices in frames and lenses including eye exam (specially if you don’t have eye insurance) Also for kids under 13 they add polycarbonate lenses for FREE! At the office, La’Sane is the best! He gives tbe best customer service experience. He has been working there for a few months but seems very knowledgeable and also friendly! Very happy for the glasses I got for my teenager daughter (out-of-pocket) and for myself (with insurance).

This place is legit. Staff is kind, and knowledgeable. The Doctor was really nice, answered all my questions, was also personable. No hidden fees. Good selection.
