Jose was amazing!! So knowledgeable and explained exactly what happened (a very old piercing done somewhere else was acting up) and what he did to help. Space was clean and I felt comfortable the whole time. Highly reccomend!

The place is pretty disorganized for a place that LOOKS organized. I made a special order for a specific plugs for my wedding. The girl who helped me didn't take a deposit and I was waiting for a week thinking they had been ordered. When I called in to check on my order the gentleman knew nothing about it and tried to say it takes a few weeks for orders to come in. I found the exact same plugs online from the supplier they used and ordered them myself and it took 2 days for them to come in. Overpriced and disorganized
