This office is great. The Dr. Is amazing, he knows what he is doing, made me feel confident about my eyesight. But the ladies in the front need to work on their customer service and attention to patients.
I was somewhat disappointed that two pieces of test equipment were in operable (one for peripheral vision). However, I thought OD Nguyen did an excellent job of testing my eyes and prescribing correct lenses, as well as alerting me of extra savings for my examination.
Visit went great! From checking in, to the tech and Dr. Otwell’s thorough explanation of exam. Minus one star for the major makeover the back area needs, from the waiting room, tech room, and exam rooms. Definitely would recommend for great fast fun and friendly service.
