I have been a Truly Nolan customer for over 12 years and have had the same technician, [Scott C.] servicing my home the entire time. After recently moving and taking a one year hiatus, I restarted service with Truly Nolan and just had my first service at my new residence.
I came back to Truly Nolan for two reasons: their pet-friendly treatment and the best technicians the business. Scott C. is an employee that Truly Nolan should be proud of. I have the best service provider Eliseo!
He makes sure everything is inspected and properly maintains insect traps along with the applications of pesticides to keep our home insect free inside and out.
He is responsive and extremely pleasant.
No one better in my book!!
Within a day or 2 of calling and setting up service they sent an inspector and the actual tech all in the same day. They even showed up on the early side of the appointment time window. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly. We were very happy we made the right choice of who to use for our monthly pest services.
