Ian is the real deal. I strongly and confidently recommend his shop and his work. Ian fixed the sole on leather boots better than when I took them out of the box. And he worked magic on suede loafers I had spilled on and spotted. Ian worked his magic and the suede loafers look like new. True to time is the right mix of service, skill all at a great price.

I have a pair of cowboy boots that I use for country dancing. Left boot had a hole in it.

After another shop told me it would take two weeks, I brought the pair for resoling to this business.

Price was reasonable and I got my boots back same day.
Quality work.
Excellent customer service.

Will be visiting again for any service on my boots.

I had a pair of sneakers that I bought from Skechers that were not sewn together properly on the sole. Sketchers refused to fix it for me. So I brought it in to Ian. He took one look at it and said “I can fix it” and went back into his work room came out five minutes later and they were completely fixed. When I asked him how much it would cost he said I can’t charge you for that. Now, if that’s not great service, I don’t know what is. He is my total and only shoe repair guy in the desert now and by the way, he fixes lots of things. If it needs fixing he’s got my business.
