I can't express enough how PLEASED I am. I had a pair of Red Wing work boots resouled there. Gustavo is an excellent craftsman I highly recommend his services to anyone that may need shoe repair services.

Walked in to the shop. Was greeted right away. Gustavo the owner was awesome. Extremely nice and courteous. Just had to restitch my cowboy boots. Took him less than 30 min. and the stitching was perfect. Was really impressed and satisfied. Will definitely be going back.

We were in Thermal california with our equestrian daughter as she was competing at a jumper's show. Her book zipper broke and we were panicked needing it fixed in less than 24 hours when she would show again. I called Gustavo an hour before closing time and he didn't hesitate to help us. Gustavo went above and beyond for our daughter and had the boot repaired by morning- even coming into the shop on his day off so that we could pick the repaired boot a few hours before she went in the jumping ring again. We were so impressed with his kindness and also his work. Her boot has held up wonderfully! I highly recommend him!!
