I own and operate a bar nightclub in the heart of one of the most dangerous cities of the desert or so I was told. When we opened in April we were warned of all the bad clientele etc and so when a local company drove by one day and took the time to dm me and let me know that homeless were on our property using the water in a wasteful way that showed me that they didn’t even have the job yet and cared. Very grateful to The Detail for helping us out over the 4th of July weekend. The owner Mark was very responsive when we first reached out for a quote for our event needs and was present at the start of the shift to introduce me to his team and to go over a few last-minute details. We also worked with Robert, the Senior Operations Manager who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Each of the officers we had over the course of two days were extremely well experienced and had an exceptional customer service. The Detail is a great company to work with and I would absolutely reach out to them again for any of our future needs.
As a business owner, we've used several security firms over the years. The Detail Private Security is simply the best we've found. They go above and beyond to be helpful, vigilant and they give us a true sense of safety and security. Robert and his crew are always polite and professional in their approach to any situation.
