Suntech was great! Quick to respond. Not the lowest in price but I felt secure that their roof will last another 20-25 years. Bill and his team were clean and quick. Aerial photos were sent to me on their daily progress. If I had another roof, I would only hire Suntech. Loved his state of the art eqipment.
Suntech was recommended to me for my foam roof repair and maintenance by my general contractor friend, Paul. Bill from Suntech came out within a few days after my call to provide a quote, and he told me I didn't have to be home for him to do so. He then emailed me the quote. He also mentioned he would take care of a small area of add-on shingles by covering it with foam, as the rest of my roof was foam. Bill also provided his professional opinion about how I should time the installation of new gutters relative to the roof repair (Answer: afterwards).
