I've been going to Santé Springs Health for some time now, and every visit has been an exceptional experience. Liz is truly wonderful to work with—she’s professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process and how it supports your overall health.
Having had multiple sessions of colon hydrotherapy, I can confidently say that Liz makes the experience not only comfortable but also educational. I have visited their practice for two years. I recommend them highly. The clean and nurturing environment has been my road to wellness. I went from 200 lbs to 139 lbs just by decreasing constipation and inflammation.
It had been a few years since I had a colonic, and I went to Liz for the first time. She called me back the same day to schedule an appointment and was kind and professional. The space was calming and was a quick check-in. The colonic procedure was very successful and Liz's massage and calm energy helped me to focus and really detox my body as it was needed. I can tell the difference in my bowl movements and digestion how effective getting one colonic from Liz was. I will definitely recommend her as I am picky about my practitioners and I did re-book with her for my next colonic. ;) Thanks Liz!
