Technician arrived within a couple of hours even though my call to them all was late in the day. Everything was explained throughout the process. The toilets backing up have happened 2x mbefore. This is the 3rd time. Until now, no plumbing company explained what really needs to be done to peranently take care of the problem. Courteous, respectful. Thanks to Righty Roo. Update: Job finished and I think they were very thorough, took appropriate measurements before starting the job, explained things to me along the way. Highly recommend!!!
