I was a walk-in on 10/8/24. I was seen by the nurse in less time than it took for me to fill out the forms. 15 mins at the most. I drove from there to CVS in Indian Wells. My prescriptions were being filled and I was out and back home in less than an hour. I have NEVER experienced such quick service from an Urgent Care before. Everyone at the Urgent Care was super friendly and even smiling. I was blown away by how quickly I was treated and on my way.

Could not be more disappointed. I called yesterday for an appt and was told we will reach out...Never happened. Called and was on hold for 15 mins...I eventually hung up. Walked to location and was told no more patients after 1:30...it was 1:40 and it closes at 2:00... Not a good first impression and I hope u don't ever need anything from ur neighbor. So happy ur in health care profession!

AVOID THIS PLACE! This place is a SCAM disguised as an urgent care facility. They will overcharge you and then pretend like their "billing department" is out to lunch or on another call. I had the absolute worst experience with them overcharging me. I had to get my insurance on to do a three way call with them. This was the only way that we were able to get answers as to what they were charging me. I've been dealing with this dispute for two years now. Their personnel is a joke. Nobody knows what's going on. Seriously the worst place ever.
