Dr Kazi and his staff are the caring and thoughtful group of individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. Through their thorough and sincere level of care and concern for my health, they found a rare disease in me that has now been in remission and I am doing well. Without them I would probably be dead by now. Dr. Kazi and his staff are the best group of medical professionals that I have ever encountered in my entire life.

My late husband, Ronald, and I have been patients of Palm Desert Urgent Care for approximately 14 years.
The care we have received has been consistent and we have always been seen when we called. We've never had to wait for several days to get in for an appointment.
Dr Kazi or one of his Nurse Practitioners, take time to explain what we are being diagnosed with and what we need to do to get better and what needs to be done to overcome our illness and back to our daily routine.
It's nice not to be feel rushed out of a Doctors office.

I give Dr Kazi FIVE STARS he has been my primary care doctor for years! He is the best! He knows his profession well and always feel that he cares! Rare in todays climate! In 2025 I gave 4 stars for office manager! Difficult for them to answer the phone. Most times you are put on hold to music for long periods of time like 20 minutes or more is unacceptable. Usually hung up. Rare that they return your call...have to keep calling to get any result. That falls on the office manager. Brought it up once to the office manager but nothing changed. This was in 2025. Haven't called the office in about a year so don't know if they improved answering and returning calls. Hope...read full review
