We recently moved from FL where we had previously had new pools built and renovated. We have experience with pool contractors and understand the process and cost involved. When we met with Pablo initially we were impressed by his knowledge, guidance and no nonsense approach. We the met with Pablo and Albert, the owner of the company to discuss the layout and next steps. The process, no pressure approach was amazing. We received the quote quickly and it was in line with what we expected to receive based on previous jobs. It’s been years since installing our pool. Melo was excellent and professional from start to finish, even accommodating our home build nightmare. Mauricio went above and beyond during the drawn out process (not caused by them) and to this day, he sticks out to us as a saving light. Melo is lucky to have such great teammates working for them. We love our pool and would choose Melo again!
