Very expensive to clean out a drain! They did a good job however, he dragged his equipment across the wood flooring and did some damage to our floor! I didn't notice it until he was gone. I suggest they carry their equipment into a home to prevent damage to flooring!!!

We moved into a new home and Maple Leaf was contracted to fix the fire place. They never fixed it and their own technician admitted it was dangerous, needed new parts and not working. We have invoice from company paid by buyer and requested a refund so we can pay a fire place repair company. We even gave them name of fire place repair on El Paseo and they did not make the situation right. We've called Maple Leaf in good faith to remedy the situation or provide refund as they were repair company contracted to fix fire place and they failed to do so. I should have read the reviews before trusting Maple Leaf with my business. I hired them to replace my five filters and assumed they did the work they were paid for. I recently had another company out to do the same work and discovered that two of my five filters were missing. Maple Leaf removed two dirty filters and didn't put new ones in. I've been living without filters in two of my largest room so it's no wonder I've spend every other day cleaning so much dust. I called and spoke with the owner directly who promised me a phone call bak within a couple of hours. It has been well over a week and nothing.
