I had a really wonderful manicure + conversation with Luxury Nail's owner, Ann. The spa recently came under new ownership and I don't think I've had a better manicure in the valley. Ann is a talented artist, attentive to detail, and so warm + kind. And the spa itself is super cute, clean, and inviting. I'm kind of annoying with how much I pay attention to tiny things like cuticle shaping, symmetry of nail shape, the height/thickness of the builder gel above my natural nail bed... not to make a corny joke, but Ann "nailed" it!!! Ann did an Amazing job on my nails. I'm very particular about having natural looking nails because I am a sign language interpreter. She worked with me to find the perfect color. Highly recommend

I've been here several times but it's been months because I haven't been in town. I'm not sure what happened to this place, but the experience was a C- beginning to end. My pedicurist tired to hard sell me on extra services several times. Gave me no massage and rushed through when I kept declining the extra services. They tried to charge my friend an extra charge for removing her polish because they said it was gel and harder to remove. It was not gel. She's never in her life had gel. Zoom in on my nails. The worst pedicure I've ever had.
