I’ve taken my teenaged daughter here for a haircut a few times and it’s always been a great experience until today. The stylist asked what we were looking for, I said a hair cut for my daughter she said okay, I waiting right out if the salon in jcp with my little boys and my daughter came out less than 15min later with soaking wet hair. I went back in and asked why it wasn’t blow dried and she was very defensive saying “well you didn’t say you wanted it dried”, but I also wasn’t asked if I wanted it dried, who wants to leave with soaked hair?? Previously it was just dried…I’m happy to pay the extra $$.

Horrendous outcome had my hair dyed with highlights the color is patchy and orange. Do not have your done here. I went back and toner was put on there to eliminate the red yellow and orange but still looks horrible

I went there for the first time ever and wanted to try something new and went all out for my hair and I was told that my hair stylist was experienced and all and so gave it a shot, I gave my stylist an example of what I wanted and she said yea we can do that so I'm all excited and after we got done I wasn't impressed, she really did me wrong and ruined my hair and paid over $200 dollars and left me looking like a hamsters butt tail with nasty rusty wanna be blonde hair and it's all looking like it was left bleached. Very upset about it and now I'm looking for a new hairstylist to fix it and looking at another $200 to spend thanks to them and all they can do is nothing....read full review
