We found Viviana while on vacation in Palm Springs, and my teen daughter wanted to shorten her waist-length hair. We were excited about reviews that we had seen about Viviana, and we were looking for some advice on the length and style. Her communication was fantastic, and we were able to get an appointment within a few days. She and her assistant were very sweet and made us feel very comfortable.
