Very disappointed! I've been a customer here for awhile. I get the pandemic, the closing, the guidelines, the wearing of masks, and safety. What I don't get is re opening, leaving message after message for an appointment and the no responses. I even went in twice to inquire if they actually did reopen. A staff member said yes, that Carrie was doing appointments again. I wanted her to take a message. She said she was unable to do that for whatever the reason and handed me a piece of paper and pen and told me to leave her a message and she would tape it to her door. ( which she did). Waited over a week and still no response. Oh well, if that's how it is, it's time to move on to another business.

I didn't receive a callback for service, even after leaving a voicemail and text message. Sad for the business, since myself and 2 sisters were planning to make this our go to wax spot (and we tip well ). Thankfully we found an awesome alternative place, otherwise we would probably still be waiting for a callback.

Omg, went in for a Brazilian wax, my first Brazilian wax actually so I was pretty nervous. Carrielane is the best hands down. No pain what so ever, she explained every step. She made me feel so comfortable and the process was fast. Recommend this place 100% I will be coming in every 3 weeks now
