Makes you feel so comfortable, listens to what you want, and does absolutely astonishing work. You can tell she loves what she does, and cares about her customers. I drive 1.5 hours to get my hair done by Rachael Gonzales at Phenix. She is nothing short of amazing! She is super talented with color and cuts and giving me fantastic service each and every time. My daughter and husband love coming to her as well. We've followed her for years and will continue to. We absolutely love her work and couldn't imagine going with anybody else!
