This was one of the best massages I have ever had! Teresa was very kind and informative. After I told her my problem areas she used a diagram to show me what muscles needed to be targeted in order to start the healing. She listened to my feedback about when I needed less pressure and helped stretch me out in order to loosen the muscles. The hemp oil she offered was soothing to my sensitive skin and after the massage she recommended next steps to continue my healing journey on my upper back.
