I have an autistic brother that I was so worried about going on this appointment. The team at Desert Eye Association was absolutely amazing! Not only did they make him feel comfortable they also helped him pick out glasses and guided him through the whole procedure! They made him feel very comfortable. I’m so glad we chose this place. We will not go anywhere ele!! They are amazing. I wish I could give them 100 stars!!!!!
First time visit to Desert Eye Associates for a 2nd opinion today - saw Dr. Kim and immediately fell in love with her! She was so thorough and reassuring to my changing vision; made me feel right at home. The ladies at the front desk (Andrea and Dana) were so helpful and friendly as well! Not only will I be back, but this will be my optometrist going forward.
I was referred by the VA for the first time to this facility. Everyone was friendly and polite. They even took me in earlier than my appointment time, which was great. Dr. Chen was knowledgeable and informative with her assessment. Would definitely recommend it…
