I opted for an annual membership which includes a review of both the plumbing and the electrical systems in the house. As expected, the inspections were thorough and both the plumber and the electrician were very skilled and experienced. We’ve done business with this company for years and I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service, knowledge, expertise, and dedication to their craft.

There wasn't anything that Rickie could do since there were other factors that needed to be resolved first. His demeanor was quite gracious, nonetheless, and he took some time to explain the steps that needed to be taken, and how he would be involved should problems arise after that. I liked his enthusiasm.
