Because of the bungling of the office administrator and her lazy failure to coordinate with Edison and the City of Palm Springs, our home was without electricity for FIVE DAYS. Unacceptable.Service: Electrical panel repair

We hired Bradley to replace our electrical panel. The office administrator, Melissa G., is beyond incompetent. Because of her personal bungling with the schedule, including failure to contact Edison with the proper days' notice, and failure to coordinate with the City of Palm Springs inspectors, we were without power for FIVE DAYS!She sent me an email when the job was over stating that "everything went well." Sure. It went well for her, but it definitely did NOT go well for us. If FIVE DAYS doesn't seem like a big deal to be without power, I recommend you unplug your refrigerator, lose what's in your freezer, turn off your water heater (pilot... read full review
