I've been using Bally's for years, they are the absolute best. Onkar (sp), knows my car and when I pull up he has my clothes ready and up at the front, he also remembers my name and I don't go in that often; That's customer service! If you're looking for the best dry cleaner, you've found it.

I am not sure what anyone is talking about on here I have worked with every family member and they have all been beyond wonderful! They are fast and have never left a stain behind. They have done everything from my couch cushion covers to my daughters letterman jacket. All beautifully cleaned. I would highly recommend this business and family.

The customer service is amazing. Every time I go there, the gentleman that helps me brings a smile to my face. I have this favorite blue coat, and I don’t trust anyone else to clean it. It’s a great place to go with lovely people that are happy to provide the much needed service that they do.
