The technician was knowledgeable and respectful, taking the time to clearly explain the issue and repair options without any pressure or upselling. Excellent service!!! I had a few vanities that needed to be installed and Jeff was able to present a discount to help with my cost to install the faucets and make sure everything is properly fitted. Will definitely recommend in the near future.
