Beyond aggravated with the inability to just get in to see them. Booked in December for a January appt which was the soonest availability. All good, they’re only available once a week in Palm desert, I get it. Then they call the day of and say they’re having power outages and they’re pushing me to MARCH 10TH. Ok…surely there was another solution…but then they call today and say they’ll probably have to push me to April. Be so serious…I said aren’t you just shaving the dog to find out what she’s allergic to? Well no, this is just the CONSULTATION. ?? I don’t even want to drive to Ontario location either 2.5 hours round trip when you tell me i might not even get the test done same day. She was on deaths doorstep from allergies in December. We got it under control but need to know what the problem is and they’ve delayed us for months and months. I know it’s not anyone’s “fault”, but it’s DEFINITELY not my dogs fault. No one is making a derm appt for fun. I actually need this done to fix her quality of life.

Started out good and then went completely bad. The jury is out on the quality of the veterinary care, but we’ve had nothing but delays and problems with the office staff that are headquartered in Ontario. The Palm Desert office is only open on Mondays. There’s been nothing but delays disorganization and mishaps with the Ontario office regarding getting medication’s, instructions, etc. We should have stayed with VCA. I don’t feel there’s any benefit in going to an animal dermatology specialist after this experience. Save yourself money and time.

We absolutely love Dr. Frazer and staff. They have helped Dyna with all her skin issues and food allergies!

I have had a really good experience thus far with Dr Frazer and her team at Animal Dermatology. She's been very accommodating, and gotten me in for appointments, often without much notice. The staff has been kind and easy to reach, and they've done a great job treating my dog who has difficult skin issues. They recently removed a worrisome bump. He's a senior, so I was very anxious about putting him through a procedure, but everything went smoothly. I am very appreciative of the care we've received!

we think that they have a nasty disrespectful girl answering their phone and also one of their managers had the same values if CO and the owners wont take care of the issue; we will be boycotting this place, pick your employees carefully, thanx PS spoke to corporate doesn't look that they care of good c service okay we take our pets to more friendly human like clinic thank you (

So disappointed ...my dog has been in so much discomfort for about 4 months with an itchy rash on his legs my regular vet had done all he could to try and help him so he suggested this clinic. We arrived and they put is in a room and barly looked at his legs, took some skin samples and said it would be $450 to test the skin and would let us know in a week about the results.. I called a week later to get things started on fixing my poor baby and they would not answer any questions because the Dr had not reviewed the results yet so my dog continued to suffer for 2 more days ...when they finally called they said to put him on the same meds my regular vet had already tried!! That made me so upset because as I had told them they didn't work the first time we did them!! In my opinion they just wanted my $ didnt really care to read my dogs history and really try and fix my dog ...try someone else!

Never EVER use these people. Their staff is unprofessional and they mishandled my animal.
