These guys are pros and honest. Last week we had a different leak detecting company come by and not only did they overcharge us (more than double than what American Leak Detection charged us), they didn’t even really pinpoint the issue and said we had a second leak in a different room and come to find out, there is no such leak. Anyway, this experience was the complete opposite. Luis and Jay found the one leak and gave us a verbal assessment and also shared how this could be fixed without too much damage to the house. From now on, they will be my go-to for everything related to their specialty.
