This was the BEST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE I've ever had in my life. I came in with major stress in my shoulders and several knots, and Tom completely worked them out. His knowledge of how the body works really shows - thanks to his degree in Kinesiology and Certification as a massage therapist. The session began with a heating pad (a first for me), and for the next hour, Tom focused on bringing my body back to balance. I left feeling renewed in mind, body, and spirit. And for that I truly am grateful. The entire space was spotless - from the massage room to the restrooms - which made the experience even more relaxing. The front office is excellent as well. What a great practice....I was visiting from out of town and had specialized body pain. The front desk helped me book a same-day appointment. They were so friendly and the massage therapist was knowledgeable and so helpful.
