Reliable, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The owner clearly is an expert! I was recommended to this place to fix a broken zipper on my son's rocket spaceship backpack as the local dry cleaner didn't have the right equipment to sew through the thick material. Replacing the backpack was not an option as his aunt had brought him from abroad, but thankfully the repair cost was extremely reasonable. I know this is definitely the place to do for any shoe or bag repairs! Thank you for saving my son's favorite backpack!

This shop has a miracle worker - they can literally fix any problem. Leather seams, resolving favorite boots, adding a new strap to a very high quality purse. They handle everything impeccably. It's a no frills shop with top notch service.

This is the best shoe repair place. Its the best secret in the Palisades as it hidden in building on Via de la Paz. Their work is excellent, old world European craftsmanship. The owner takes great pride in his work and is so pleasant to deal with. I've been bringing shoes and purses to repair there for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very reasonable prices and fantastic work.
